Our Aluminium Gravity Die Casting Foundry is set up in a 5000 sq. ft. plot having about 1500 sq. ft. area dedicated for Foundry work. Situated in renowned Bhosari Industrial Area, which is very well accessible from Pune as well as Mumbai.
We have a well equipped Tool-room for manufacturing and maintenance of Dies and Die-operating mechanisms. To produce Castings, we have three oil fired furnaces, to melt 1000 kg. aluminium per day.
We are also well supported by vendors having facilities of CNC Milling, CNC Wire-cut, Spark- erosion, Jig boring, Aluminium Heat-treatment, Impregnation etc.
Development / Modification of Components:
We can prepare detailed drawings from samples, modify or do Re-Engineering of present Castings for Weight reduction or Strenght improvement.
We have converted many Sand castings to Gravity Die Castings and reduced weight upto 30-40%.
Open tolerance machining can be eliminated and machining allowance can be reduced to 1-2 mm. to reduce weight. Thin Ribs can be added to improve strength.
